All returned checks will be charged a $20.00 fee.
Tampering with a locked meter or an illegal tap is considered Utility Theft. Tampering fee is $550.00 for first offense and Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office will be called.
The Health Departement collects $1.00 per meter each month for sampling cost of water.
