Hardship Fund

We are starting a hardship fund to help people with high water bills. This fund will be used to help a low income or fixed income person with a high bill. An application to apply for help will be needed for funds to be approved. The board will review the application and see if the customer qualifies to receive aid. Every month a voluntary $1.00 will be added to your bill. YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY THE $1.00! If you want to pay the $1.00 just pay the amount shown. You can also donate more money to this fund if you want to. Just indicate it on your bill and we will apply it to the hardship fund. You can also choose to opt out by writing opt out on your bill or calling us at the office. If you choose to opt out you also forfeit your option to ever apply for the harship fund.
