With the upcoming weather we ask that all customers be prepared for the freeze. In the event that your pipes freeze and burst please either repair the break or cut off your water until repairs can be made. Our crew will be monitoring the wells and taking emergency calls.

Between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm, if you require assistance with anything pertaining to your water bill or account information please call the office and speak with one of us at 318-659-3156. Our after hours/ maintenance number is only for water emergencies such as leaks.
